Tapa Charity Night!

Posted by to The Blog on April 6th

Join the lovely folk (and I mean that) at Tapa on the 11th April for an evening of Spanish wine & tapas in aid of the entirely worthy independent Edinburgh charity the Daisy Chain Trust.

Arriving from 7pm for a 7.30pm start, you will enjoy a glass of fizz to cleanse your palate before they kick off with the whites.

In the past six months they’ve worked exceptionally hard to create a stunning wine list where every wine is available by the glass and every bottle is under £20 that they are massively proud of and would love it if you were to go along and help them sample the offerings!

The head chef will also be creating exciting tapas dishes to pair with each wine tasting, matching the wine with the food in both taste and origin.

Tickets are £20 per person, with 50% of the ticket price going to support the aforementioned charity, The Daisy Chain Trust.

Established by Lady Kirkwood in 2003, it is a Scottish charity with the aim of giving grants to children-related organisations in the Edinburgh, Lothians and Borders area.

They give grants to organisations working with children, up to the age of 18, in the fields of Medical Care, Welfare and Education. The Trust is staffed entirely by professionals, working as volunteers, so that over 97% of funds raised go to local disadvantaged children.

Spaces are strictly limited and, as this is their first wine tasting in a very long time, promise to be snapped up quickly!

Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available from the restaurant directly.

Go along and help Tapa support this worthy charity by drinking wine!
