Edinburgh Concert Band will perform a Spring Concert for Richmond’s Hope Charity, the concert will take place at 7.30pm on Saturday 31st March in The Tom Fleming Centre for Performing Arts at Stewart’s Melville College. This is to raise funds for the above, well worthy, charity.

The concert will feature popular light music, film music, and theatre scores. ECB is a local musical group, and the Spring Concert will be a fun and very enjoyable concert. Judith Thomas, ECB’s concert organiser and alto saxophone said:

“This will be our first concert of 2012 and we are really looking forward to it. We are also delighted that we are able to support Richmond’s Hope and the great work that they do. We hope to see as many people there as possible and would appreciate all support.”

Richmond’s Hope helps to rebuild the lives of children and young people after the death of someone they love. The charity began in 2003 in the Niddrie area of Edinburgh and is based in Richmond Craigmillar Church. Richmond’s Hope offers its service to families throughout the City of Edinburgh and Midlothian.

Tickets are available from and direct from band members, priced £8 and £5 (concessions).
