Welcome to the Festival Issue – or as Shavers Weekly would have it ‘Here come the Festival wanks’! Whatever your view we have plenty inside to keep you occupied. The Murdoch family get a roasting, Leith on the Fringe debuts, our Londoners get an, ahem, bikini wax and contemplate buying men! A legendary 60s figure breaks cover, there are loads of film reviews and the restaurant critic rather likes Port of Siam. A jazz/fusion bagpiper anyone? Add Burns as revolutionary, Sarah Palin versus Coatbridge, celebrity kids with weird names and zillions of Festival stuff. And off you jolly well go! Oh, and there is a mystery prize for anyone who can rescue the monkey!
