Ross Sutherland
Ross is a member of notorious poetry collective Aisle16 who run nights of literary miscellany in London. He combines poetry, stand-up comedy and multimedia visuals; has been commissioned by Adidas and the BBC; is working with Warp X to produce a science fiction film and has been published in NME. His first collection Things To Do Before You Leave Town is available by Penned in the Margins and he has just finished a national tour of his show The Three Stigmata of Pacman. www.rosssutherland.co.uk
Des Dillon
Des is an internationally acclaimed award-winning writer. He is a poet, short story writer, novelist, dramatist, broadcaster, screen writer, and scriptwriter for TV, stage and radio. His books have been published in the USA, India, Russia, Sweden, in Catalan, French and Spanish. His poetry has been anthologised internationally. His latest award was The Lion and Unicorn prize for the best of Irish and British literature in the Russian Language (2007). Des Dillon’s play, Singin I’m No a Billy He’s a Tim gained critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2005 and toured Scotland and Ireland in 2007. www.desdillon.com
Billy Page
Billy Page began his musical career with a singing role in a musical production for the BBC, followed by major parts in musical theatre. With several albums, he has gained extensive experience touring in Europe and making numerous television & radio appearances. He has spent several months touring in Asia and recently supported Willy Mason – he also (with a cartel of musicians) holds the world record for ‘highest gig’ up Everest Base Camp – www.billypage.com

Carla Easton
Carla Easton works within the media of sculpture and video, utilising an aesthetic language of humour, pathos and childishness. In her work she explores hierarchies, YouTube and puppets, aiming to dismantle the problematic relationship between pop and art. Her video features Duglas T. Torsten Laucshmann
As an artist, filmmaker and live performer, Torsten Lauschmann celebrates glitches and out-takes, bits in between and images that might be easy to ignore. Born in Bad Soden, Germany (1970), and now based in Glasgow, over the past decade his work has evolved beyond straight photography and film works to investigate the mechanics of digital processes, software creation, experimental editing, approaches to performance and the sculptural potential of video installation. www.torstenlauschmann.com
Alan McKim
Paisley singer-songwriter Alan McKim released his first EP What I Know now…Changes Everything via Telescopic Baby earlier this year. Alan has played Connect and Hinterland Festivals and has shared stages with artists such as Brett Anderson (Suede) and Colin McIntyre. In autumn 2010 Alan was asked to tour round Scotland’s Beanscene Coffee shops to follow in the footsteps of KT Tunstall, Amy MacDonald and Carrie Mac who have all kick started their career through this opportunity. McKim won Best Acoustic Artist at this years Scottish Alternative Music Awards and also been a finalist in the Billy Kelly Song writing awards.
Paul Haig
Paul Haig is a Scottish indie composer, musician and singer. He was originally the
lead singer/songwriter in 1980s post-punk band ‘Josef K’ (‘one of the most influential
bands in Britain’ – The Guardian) who were assigned to the Postcard record label. There has been a resurgence of activity over the last couple of years from Paul and ROL. In 2007, Haig’s first single for 14 years, Reason (a BBC Radio 2 single of the
week), was released November 2009 and November 2009 saw the release on ROL of Haig’s album ‘Relive’ (ROL021). He is currently working on a new album which should be released in early 2012. www.rolinc.co.uk

Kevin Cadwallender
Kevin Cadwallender has done for vowels what Little Red Riding Hood did for fierce creatures dressed up as your grandmother. His poems have teeth and bedclothes.

Ewan Morrison
Ewan Morrison writes novels and short stories and occasionally rants at strangers. His next novel and a new collection of stories will be out in 2012, then he’s going to grow vegetables. Graham Hardie
Graham Hardie’s poetry has been published in Markings, The David Jones Journal, The Interpreter’s House, Cake, Nomad, Cutting Teeth, The New Writer, Gutter and online at nthposition. Michael Pedersen
Michael is a 26 year old writer – he’s published two poetry chapbooks and has a full length (part-illustrated) collection due to arrive later this year.
